Bimetallic Parallel Groove Clamp (Single-bolt PG Clamp)

Bimetallic PG clamp (three-bolt) is used to connect AL conductors (according to DIN 48201), ACSR conductors (according to DIN 48204) and copper tap-off conductors (according to DIN 48201).
Material:
Body: High strength, corrosion-resistant, aluminium 99.5 with hot forged bimetallic sheet.
Bolts: steel 8.8, DIN 933,Dacromet.
Nuts: steel 8, DIN 934 Dacromet.
Conical Washers: Steel, DIN 6796 corrosion protection.
Pressure Pad: Aluminum alloy, with spring washers, Dacromet.
Stainless steel A2 bolts and nuts are available according to your order.
Torque moments: M8:23 Nm M10:46 Nm.
